Valley Stream South High School’s Junior Honor Society and Special Education Students collaborating together for a day of clean-up and planting at Hewlett House from 10:00 am-1:00 pm

Dedication of Wig Room in Memory of Marie Capobianco, a dedicated volunteer at Hewlett House.  Ribbon Cutting will be at 2:00 p.m. at Hewlett House. This room was made possible by the Peninsula Kiwanis and the Capobianco family & friends.

Wellness Fair & Carnival at Hewlett House - Valley Stream South High School will be holding a carnival at Hewlett House from 12:00-2:00 

 

May 1st

Bowl-a-thon at Woodmere Lanes.  90 minutes of bowling, shoes, pizza and soda for a $20 donation to help fight breast cancer & lung cancer.  Lane sponsorships are available for $50.  Coordinated by Hewlett High School students. 

 

May 8th

Lord & Taylor Manhasset to host 4th Annual Hewlett House Benefit Breakfast. 

At 9:00 AM Purchase a $25.00 ticket in advance.  All proceeds are being donated to the Hewlett House.  All attendees will receive breakfast in the Lord & Taylor Café, a savings pass, goodie bag and complimentary makeovers & facials in the cosmetic dept.  There will also be raffles with prizes.  In-store gift-wrapping from 12pm-4pm. June 13th

Governor’s Comedy Club at 7:30 p.m. 

Sponsored by Curves of Albertson.  Tickets are $15 each with a 2 drink minimum.  Proceeds to benefit 1in9’s Hewlett House.  Governor’s is located at 90 Division Avenue, Levittown (behind Tri-County Flea Market).

Mets Breast Cancer Awareness Night at 7:10 p.m.  Join the NY Mets, the Hewlett House, and its supporters as we raise exposure & funds for breast cancer awareness.  Big Apple reserved seats on the field level.  A portion of each group ticket sold through this flyer will benefit the Hewlett House. Purchase tickets in advance $21 each.  Each person will receive a Mets Skyline Key Chain. The 5th Annual “I Will Survive Dance”
